Who are you and what do you do?

Hiya, my name is Kirsty Quinn, I am a Training Manager for Caledonian DT. For that role, I work between learners and teaching new instructors. I like having a mix of levels, and it allows some of my trainee instructors to observe me at work.

What is the best thing about being a training manager?

Ā

What is the best advice you could give your PDIs?

Ā

WhatĀ do you like to do when you're not working?

When I’m not working, I love socialising with my family and friends. I also love cooking, exploring new cafes and restaurants and also keeping fit: running, HIIT and spin classes and walking our dog.Ā

One interesting fact about you...

One interesting fact about me is that I am a from a small island in the Outer Hebrides and I am a fluent Gaelic speaker.

Ā 'I have been an ADI in the past and contacted my previous training manager who recommended Caledonian Learner Driver Training. I spoke with Stewart and the rest is now history.

Kirsty was my training manager and helped me with my bad habits for my Driving test and supported me with the skills required to pass my Part 3.

Kirsty was patient, knowledgeable, interested and keen to ensure I was capable to pass each test.

Kirsty and others at Caledonian have been incredibly helpful and supportive and I would recommend Stewart and his training managers to anyone who would like to become an ADIĀ '
